Windows Phone App Review: Basketball
With March Madness just around the corner, basketball game is in the air. So why not have a wait at one of the more recent basketball game games for your Windows Phone? Basketball game is patterned after the arcade games that y'all would find at Dave and Busters, Chuck-eastward-Cheese or Buffalo Wild Wings. You know the games. Where you are shooting basketballs in a cage and try to make equally many baskets as possible in a set time frame. Merely call back of Basketball as a portable version of those games.
The main menu on Basketball has links to a help section, to launch the game, view your local leaderboard, access the settings (sound and vibration on/off) and view more games by the developer.
The game provides you with four basketballs to utilise and the screen'south layout has the game timer in the upper left corner, your score in the upper right and your goal only beneath your score. To shoot the ball, just flick at it to transport the ball towards the basket. If yous reach the scoring goal, yous'll proceed to the next level.
Your score carries over from level to level but your time shortens. To add to the challenge, some levels accept a moving handbasket or pushes the basket farther away to requite your shots a three-point feel.
Basketball is a fun game to pass the fourth dimension with but the assurance are a little slow on the return. When y'all get to the third or fourth level it feels like an eternity for the assurance to gyre downwards to where y'all can shoot them. The slow return does add to the challenge but also the frustration.
Basketball is a free, ad supported game that you can take hold of here at the Windows Telephone Market.
